FERRARI F355 ENGINE PISTONS REMOVAL – F355 Engine Rebuild Part 11
In part 11 of our Ferrari F355 engine rebuild series, we have the heads removed and now we need to get the pistons out since we are replacing the piston rings. The titanium rods on these engines are super lightweight and are very impressive. This part of the engine tear down seems to go rather unusually smooth for us. We will take that as a win. Sorry, I will have missed it for sure, but what's the estimated mileage of this engine?
Don't own a Ferrari, and honestly likely won't even be able to afford one, but there is such joy in watching a master technician do his thing on an engine like this.

7:40 Watch out for broken oil squirters and make sure you don't break them on reassembly. Don't let the pistons fall on them during reassembly.

Can you give some details ? Does it mean that no oil additive has been used ?
Would be very nice if you could explain what the problem is with the pistons/rings by showing close ups of the faults on the latter. Also the measuring pistons, rings and the bores and checking against the spec this would be a lot more interesting and informative.
